How do we work?Vietnam Online creates Vietnam holiday packages by putting you in charge. You can build your own customised itinerary using a combination of our independent Vietnam tours (modules). We’ve travelled far and wide in Vietnam and constructed our modules from some of the most special places we've visited. You can select the modules that appeal the most to you, from hill tribe trekking, pristine national parks, to wonderful sun kissed beaches. Our Vietnam holiday packages offer something for everyone. We've chosen as many small-scale hotels and family guesthouses as possible, we feel their ambience compliments the areas in which you're staying. We'll also string the modules together by arranging your local transport in Vietnam.If you would like some inspiration for your Vietnam holiday, then take a look at our suggested independent Vietnam itineraries. Here, we’ve combined a number of modules in a logical order to create longer and more complete itineraries. However, these itineraries are flexible, for example a day less here or a day longer there etc. Once again, you're in charge. |
How to create and book our Vietnam holiday packages:

Step 2: Your personalised quote Once we've received your enquiry, we'll put together a personalised quote just for you, using the modules or itinerary you have selected. We’ll link your modules together using our local knowledge. In Vietnam, modules are normally linked together by train or internal flights. For shorter distances we can also offer private transfers.Your personalised itinerary will contain further details on the module or itinerary you selected as well as a quote for international Vietnam flights. Of course, we'll also include any personal reccommendations we think would help you get the most out of your time in Vietnam. If you decide that you'd like to tweak your itinerary, just let your travel specialist know and we'll make the necessary changes so that your itnerary is just right. |
Step 3: Book your tripWhen you're ready to book your trip, just complete our online booking form with all your details. You can then give us a call on 1300 857 508 or (08) 8125 1820 so we can collect your deposit for the land arrangements and full payment for any international flights if you're booking them through us.The deposit we require for your land arrangements is based on your departure date and works as follows: Departure in excess of two calendar months: 25% deposit Departure within two calendar months: 100% deposit Once we've received everything we need, we'll send your booking off to our local Vietnam office to get confirmed, leaving you time to sit back and relax while we do the hard work for you! |

Step 4: Your Trip in VietnamAfter you’ve booked your trip and we've received payment in full, we’ll email through your travel documents, which includes full accommodation details and information about our local offices in Vietnam. Emergency contact numbers for each office will also be provided.Our local agents will be on hand 24/7 to assist with anything that you need during your trip. Being local in Vietnam, they are in the best first point of contact should any issues arise. You'll find that our pre-booked independent travel removes the risk and hassle of having to arrange things as you go. Everything included in your personalised itinerary will have been pre-booked, so you can spend your holiday time, on holiday! Yet you'll still have that feeling of travelling independently. |
